G.M. Elder Special Steels was formed in 1969 and in 2005 became a member of the COGNE ACCIAI SPECIALI Group, a leading European Stainless Steel producer based in Aosta, Italy.

Elders operate from a warehouse in Sheffield stocking an extensive range of Stainless Steels to suit all types of engineering applications. The company’s special focus is on supplying grades for offshore and petrochemical industries. Elders also supplies heat resistant grades for furnace applications and grades for food processing, the pulp and paper industry, medical development and construction
applications.
